We Are Accepting In Office Patients & Teledermatology Patients At This Time
The health and safety of the patients and staff of The Skin Care Center are of primary importance. Like the rest of the world, we continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments. Following guidelines set forth from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), we are confident in the precautionary measures and response plans we have established.
At this time, our clinics are open. We have reviewed our clinic continuity plans and do not anticipate any scenario that would impair our ability to treat our patients. We wish to practice community-conscious medicine and protect each other and our patients from this virus (as well as flu or any other communicable infectious disease).
We are asking all patients that are feeling ill (fever, cough, etc) to stay home. We will gladly reschedule your appointment for you when you are feeling better. Also, we are asking the same of our employees, so that you feel as safe as possible when you come to our office.
Here are some helpful tips to stay healthy during this outbreak and cold/flu season:
- Avoid touching your face, particularly your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Wash your hands often and thoroughly.
- Cover your coughs and sneezes.
- If possible, avoid crowded places where infection is more likely to spread
Thank you for making The Skin Care Center your provider for skin health and skin care. We look forward to continuing to provide you with the best care possible!
